1.share settlement - to pay debts by issuing new shares @0.21cts to creditors. Creditors wants their money, they will dispose in open market, soon we can expect disposal price at 0.21cts or perhaps higher. Another roller coaster.

2.private placement - company need money to pay bank borrowings & working capital. PP price will determine later base on VWAP. High volume recently could be the VWAP indication price, we don't know yet. Only insider know who is the new investor & how much the indicative price. Hope it will be higher than @0.21cts.

Before PP - share will highly traded, price could go up & down like roller coaster..

After PP issued - shares will highly diluted, eps down, price will go down.. but they will clear from debts & borrowings.. gradually the price will go up again slowly..
