yes, true. 2nd 3rd liners can make money but u know lah, these kind of counters if suddenly no volume, mati lah. Don't want to be caught with my pants down. I already got profit from half of what I sold off, so I just see if I can make some more with my other half. If it goes down, hopefully not, then I got my profit to cover the losses.

iWarrants OK lah. I am quite familiar with this stock behaviour and when it was holding very nicely at 0.60++ level, I decided not to sell and ride it out. Seems like it pays off liao !!!!!!! But of cos, I already offload half of it as wanna be cautious.

I don't think we shud disregard this piece of news that PETRONAS wants to buy over BIG. BIG has the capability and also has years of experience in the industrial gas sector. PETRONAS RM4.5 BILLION project under PETRONAS CHEMICAL in Sipitang Oil & Gas Park in Sabah will most certainly create great synergy. PETRONAS has strong financial power and BIG has the working experience. Win-Win. Mind u, this project starts operation this year, 2014.

Petronas Chemical Group Berhad is developing a RM4.5 Billion project there this year. Think about it. Share our knowledge and lets win more money.

iWarrant, just double checked the share issued. It is 48,000 shares which is peanuts compared to other counters.

The share base is only 48K. If and shud they venture into the O&G, they will probably push it to above 1.00 and from there on perhaps call for rights issue etc. No surprises. Let's hope it will hover around the 0.70++ level. Level by level support.

iWarrants I believe the Qtr Report will not be spectacular to be honest. The O&G sector may take some time to show results. Nvrtheless, the assumptions of political backing augurs well for this stock. So far with the stock price moving from 0.40++ to 0.80++ there has not been any UMA which is a good thing. Most probably they are playing in such a way that the increase will not be too substantial to trigger UMA. I believe the time will come when UMA will be triggered which by then they will have more concrete reasoning for the price movement. This is most probably be after the 1.00 level.

angelina2 quite unlikely that BIG will be smacked with a UMA. The % increase is too small. Yes, it moved but not to the extend of other counters like CMSB, ECOWORLD, MKH etc.

iWarrants BIG previously belongs to the brother of the new CM of Sarawak. Probability is high that his brother or sons are making a comeback. After hitting high of 0.86 this morning, I believe it will settle around 0.75-0.77 for while and before starting to move again. Will collect again when it touches 0.75. Already unloaded mine.

hi Tony, BTW the business background write up on this counter is incorrect. BIG is involved in Oil & Gas services & maintenance / Supply of Industrial Gas / Supply of Ready Mixed Concrete an Property Development. They have nothing to do with supermarket.

Tan Sri Clement Hii increasing his direct holding to 30.95%. Also increasing his warrants holding to 88%. In July 2010 when he did that, share price moved from RM1.50 to RM4.00++(July 2011). Time to watch out for this counter again. In July 2011, he subdivided the shares, 1 lot becomes 2 lots.
