They obtained so many contracts this year, bright future, warrant seems like the best place to put cash. Current price premium is only 24.35% and the gearing is 2.17 times only. The numbers just doesn't add up o_o

Q3 report surely will record significant increase in profit due to the fact that 280 park homes Phase 1 has been completed, Phase 2 just got started, and will finish in October 2015. Prior to the completion of Phase 1, the soft launch of Wangsa 9 was beyond successful, the take up rate was about 70%. Cheers.

What's the big deal of getting it revised? Fair la considering the circumstances have changed, contracts won rose to RM 1.4 billion. Revenue increased significantly.

Anyway, some fair point to ponder, Q1 + Q2 EPS ; 6.22 cent, if Q3 & Q4 can contribute another say 3+3 cent = another 6 cent, so total EPS for FY2014 is about 12 cent, Mitra is really generous on dividend, usually 50% of profit, so theres 6 cent, even more than FD rates, with that I rest my case, lol.

See how the Quarter 3 2014 report goes. Q1 + Q2 y-o-y growth is about 236%. If its able to deliver EPS about 3-4 cent again, this stock would be worth RM 2.00 in no time. RM 1.2 billion contracts in hand with its small market cap.

I'll highlight some main points :
1) Mitrajaya is a construction company but actively engages in the property segment.
2) Current order book stood @ RM 890 million. Half of it from Putrajaya Holdings (a subsidiary of Petronas under KLCCH)
3) New projects to be launched :
Besides, the Group is actively working on the following 2 property projects with combined gross development value in excess of RM1.6 billion:
a) Proposed development of 3 blocks of condominiums (565 units) in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur - target launching by end of 2014
b) Proposed mixed development comprising 3 blocks of serviced apartment, 1 budget hotel and shopping mall in Taman Puchong Prima - target launching in 2015
However, someone is heavily manipulating the prices, my bet is some insider, probably the MD.

Didn't dispose asset, just revaluation of their land due to the land exchange. By the way, their stake of DAYANG is valued at RM 963 million ringgit, 963/250(share capital) = RM 3.85 (that 1 just dayang's business alone) haven't consider their own business... LOL

Right now its out of our power to do anything with the current crude oil price, UMWOG has too many rigs not in service and I doubt any operator can afford to operate at this level. Hence, outlook for UMWOG is cloudy as of now. Sigh.
