DRB got approval from Bank Negara to sell Uni Asia, RM 518 million ~ 30 cent richer on cash :)

Check how much EPF disposed, hard to break RM 3 if they kept doing it. They have both buying and selling power.

The only problem with DRB is because of big fish manipulating mother share to obtain gain from the warrants. (Higher percentage of gain)

Current order book : RM427 million + RM505 million = RM
932 million

First interim dividend 3 cent, later after 4th quarter report another 5 cent (minimum).

DRB will obtain a lot of benefits when the new automotive policy is announced in January 2014.

Mitrajaya is the twin of Titijaya, same NTA, Par value, shares issued but not same EPS yet, if Mitra can get 5cent++ EPS then only can move forward, else go back to hibernation

NAIM got 33% stake in DAYANG, taking the price of DAYANG @ RM 5.5 * 3 / 2 = RM 3.677 , cash in their book stood at 228 million ringgit, landbank with GDV up to 7-9 billion ringgit. Some more totally backed up by White King of Sarawak. Just wait for it to bloom.
