OnG sector remains challenging for this year. Crane projects might be deferred.
To offset this decline, favco plans to :
- increase rental fleet (construction sector mostly)
- increase operation n maintenance revenue
- build smaller cranes
- wind turbines

Operations in china remain challenging. Pricing wise, couldn't compete with the Chinese companies. Thus, favco plans to use china plant to build cranes and supply to Europe market. Use China as production instead of selling to china domestic market.

Current order book approx 640mil. Able to last for 9momths.
Breakdown - 60/40 OnG/others. (They diversified from relying 80-90% on OnG previously).

EPF didn't expect FGV's management (Top to bottom) to be such a failure.They forgot to take into account the "human" risk before investing in FGV. Gold platter mature business, vast assets, ready to harvest trees...can also lose money every year, geng mou?

you just need to visit the plantations under FGV to see what's wrong with it.... Totally and utterly destroying shareholders' value. I've visited their estate and have seen at a minimum 10 major problems.

I think they better fire all their current mandur/managers and hire back those with experience....maybe from private sector.
