On behalf of the Board of Directors of Inari, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Securities Commission had vide its letter dated 19 May 2014 (which was received on 20 May 2014) (“Letter”) informed that the application for the Proposed Transfer Listing has been approved under Section 214(1) of the Capital Market and Services Act 2007 and under the equity requirement for public companies.

The SC had also vide its Letter informed that the application for the lifting of the existing moratorium on Inari shares held by Insas Technology Berhad, Macronion Sdn Bhd and Ho Phon Guan has been approved in conjunction with the Proposed Transfer Listing. The lifting of the existing moratorium is to be effective on the date of the official listing of Inari on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
