ARB Berhad（ARBB，7181，主板工业股）宣布，将物联网（IoT）业务ARB IoT Group Limited（AIGL），上市至美国那斯达克交易所，集资至少400万美元（约1778万令吉）。

周五（8月12日），该公司向马交所报备，其有意把IPO发售价设在至少4美元（约17.78令吉）。倘若公司发行最多25%股份，相等于332万625股，最多可筹得5923万令吉，发售价仍有待批准。

根据文告，筹资所得1534.3万令吉将用于营运资本，3068.6万令吉充作战略收购和投资，511.4万令吉研发费用，剩余的817.9万令吉上市费用。
