Golden, you have a right attitude as an investor especially if you willing to keep a company shares without being affected by most of other traders.. There were too much of short term trader and newbie in the market who give negative comments all the time and also talk bad about vivocom all the time. They are just do not know how the business is going to be, they expect it can generate profit in short term or anyone "goring" it but if they study more, they will know how naïve they are. There are 8 people losing money and 1-2 people can earn big money in share market.
Anywhere, just to correct you about your statement, there are still 80% plus of PP waiting for investors to buy it, it is still supply more than demand. Besides, Vivocom is possible to go up above 0.20-0.30. But if want it to stand above 0.30, it at least have to deliver all their results and with higher order book replenishment. If want above 0.60, it is almost impossible for now, except Vivocom expands their business to oversea and their revenue can more than 1.5billion.

if you know how to count PE and EPS, vivo current price is still high due to their results achieved today. Current price has included their future prospect that's why the price not drop to their fair value. In term of TA, it is still downtrend and sideway.

Ya bro, vivocom still need few quarters to grow, now still new in construction. Hopefully it can shows more profit in coming quarters because current price should have around 0.3 EPS per quarter, but this quarter only get 0.18. It still have to grow more to support the price. if there are no big buyer like you mentioned "KYY", current price may hard to sustain.

The results doesn't look good, slightly below expectation. The strongest support so far is 0.115. see how the market react with this quarter's result.

In my opinion, most likely is main holder or insider exercise it. So they no need to sell to open market which have a very low volume. They should be the mid to long term holder who do not care about the exercise price.

They are not always get 10 percent discount for the subscription price. This time, Macq get 7.83% discount, and buy at 0.12. Because last time Kevin said it wouldn't drop below 0.135 because subscription price cant be lower than 0.12 with 10 % discount. It is incorrect as Macq will get any % discount but "not more than 10 %" doesn't meant must 10 %, 1 % also can if the price drop to 0.12+-. It is depends on whether Macq still want to subscribe it if the discount is lower. Except, they go through another agreement to get different pricing again.

if you realize, these few days klci doesnt look good and many shares were dropping, but mitra always have "someone collect at RM1.35"...

Ya. It supposed to be 323M of new shares. Estimated will generate 40millions+- money if all sold out . The RM40+-millions can help reduce debts and increase their cash flow.. more working capital, no need pay interest rate to bank by taking PP generated money. So profit margin can retain. But midf TP may need to lower down to 0.36+- ...except any new catalyst that can improve their future prospect..

Franklim, I think you misunderstand about the private placement. There are only 323m of shares will be created to the market. They expect this 323m of shares can generate around RM40m. So far, the subscription is only 9m of shares which generate about RM1.145m of money. There are still 314m of shares waiting for someone to subscribe. Macq still can subscribe more if there want more in future. But, every subscription will make the no. of shares increase, the earning will be more diluted, meaning that, if u hold 1% of shares in vivocom, will become 0.9% of shares in vivocom.. Bro, in my opinion. 4 millions shares of private placement was done and listed by today. And another 5 millions new shares of private placement was subscribed by today, meaning there will be another 5 millions of shares will be listed in coming few days at the price of 0.1282 to generate RM641k. But I think Macq didn't expect today shares price drop so that they can actually prescribed it at lower price. Meaning that, no. of vivocom shares has increase from 3.234b to 3.238 by today and become 3.243 in few days later. Thus, total RM generate from PP is 504k + 641k = RM1.145M....

Darth, is hard for vivocom to make Q2FY2017 better than Q2FY2016 because that time is progressive roll out of main projects. But, if the coming results is better than expectation or quarter report showed those on-going projects are starting to generate more profits, investors will be more confident in this company.

Darth, yeah. as long as the quarter result shows reversal, I believe the share price will reverse as well. if not, it may need to depend on "news" which help to improve the future prospects of the company. I think that vivocom will able to deliver better results maybe in Q3 onwards, but I hope Q2 not too bad la.. For now, is safe to look at the technical chart of vivocom.

Hi Orga, just a simple discussion without any offend ya...I'm not expert. My opinion is, not all the share price will reveal their real value, some share reveal future value as TIPIPI mentioned. Some fly without value also (goreng by syndicates to trap traders)... Share price is very subjective..
Like vivocom, last time its share price reveal their future prospects and it climb to around 0.30cents. Future prospect value is what investor believe future value will be, just like MIDF TP 0.40. but the fair value is what they actually is.. In bursa Malaysia, shares normally traded between PE 10+-, investor believe vivocom can earn a lot of money since last year. unfortunately vivocom not able to delivered, so previously their value based on future prospects was started to drop to become the fair value it is. That's why, current share price of vivocom is almost traded with PE 11...

Darth, they never push down the share price. the share price now is worth its value, it drop with reducing net profit. So, they never push down the price, is just that the share price reveal its real value.

you're right ngch. It is not just depend on quarter results, but the share price is dropping with reducing of net profit. I believe vivocom will come back one day. Their net profit will soon to improve. but I found that something happen so coincidently, vivocom want the private placement done before the results out. and the share price go up before the private placement done to help them get more money from the private placement.
Just an assumption,
Vivocom need more money for projects, they know the coming quarter results may not able to deliver as good as last year, they make private placement before the quarter results out, then they make the share price increase to gain more from the private placement. (because normally private placement will do when they have good pricing, but this time is totally different, they make it when share price is so low, it may because they worried the share price may go lower, or they really need a lot of money in urgent).
I followed vivocom one year plus, and I believe it is a good company in future. Just wanted to have good discussion with you guys.. no offence k.

PP will dilute EPS for vivocom, and the coming quarter may further increase the PE because last year same quarter has the highest net profit ever. That's may be the reason why Macq not going to buy all the pp's shares. If vivocom not able to break 0.155-0.16, reversal may not happen so soon.
