For me it seems like take care benefit of themselves rather external shareholders, because normally this kind of news will cause panic to the market.

Actually I invested on pantech for long time. I just not happy why they choose this time to release together with report. Something suspicious....

Something is not right on management side...

Actually Pantech worth more than that. It super undervalue now.

In order to push up a stock price, it need a volume. Director disposes the shares is not a bad thing, in my personal view is good thing is going to happen soon. I suspect director dispose some shares in WA to make the warrant more liquidity instead of all major shareholder just holding it and hardly to push up the price.
