Could be similar to BSLCORP rights issue application which was under-subscribed by retail investors/shareholders but supported by other penny stock companies like BCM and CFM which subscribe for massive excess rights shares !!!

Same could happened for FITTERS if they can find friendly parties or directors from other penny stock companies to support their fund raising exercise

Hopefully the relevant government agencies [eg Companies Commission of Msia, AGC] review the applicable laws and make the law more robust to support meaningful business growth and prevents key shareholders, directors from manipulating the companies' operations, which may not contribute positively to the economic development in Malaysia.
