（瑞士‧日內瓦19日訊）世界貿易組織（WTO）裁定，歐洲聯盟對中國進口螺帽和螺絲開徵高額懲罰性關稅違規。

這是WTO針對本案所作出的第四次裁決，同時也是最終判決，將為中國廠商要求賠償鋪路。

中國在2009年7月首度向WTO投訴，狀告歐盟對進口中國部份鋼鐵緊固件產品開徵高額關稅。

歐盟自2009年1月開始對中國製墊圈、螺帽和螺絲等緊固件產品課徵26.5%至85%不等懲罰性關稅。（星洲日報／財經）
