I believe bank will increase the usage of CRM, to replace or reduce human resource, this is a trend of technology that can help to reduce dependence on human and also to increase efficiency of banking process.

Sure many people will tell you it will up, because they buy with a reason, to earn profit, and possible they are also looking for opportunity to sell it at higher price. We have to think and make our own decision independently.

This company's revenue has doubled, but its earning remain, dividend yield above 4%, it is the largest supplier and manufacturer in Malaysia, also one of the leading in Asia, it also export 40% of its product worldwide,

It needs very strong cash flow to maintain the business, and it seems able to maintain a satisfactory cash flow situation so far, hope it able to do it even during a challenging economic environment which is happening now and may getting worse soon.
