CEO has vested interest. Is he going to look after his own interests rather than the minority interests? Don't forget he draws CEO's salaries and fees from both GENM and Genting amounting to tens of millions.

GENM has how many susidiaries? why this tycoon draws pay from 2 CEO posts for both the parent company and one of its key susidiaries ? why don't he become the CEO of all the subsidiaries and draws full pay from all? No ethical despite so rich and now now this related party purchase where he sells his own loss making company to his listed vehicle. Very shameful. Please get richer by fair means and not at the expense of poor minority shareholders!

A person is CEO for both the holding company and its subsidiary and draws huge salaries from both must be viewed as greedy to the core. That means he draws full pay but spend half his time in each company.
