This week's inventory will have first full week of OPEC cuts. Cuts started Jan. 1, distance from Saudi Arabia to Texas is 8000 miles. Ships travel at about 14 knots = 16 mph. First ship arrived Jan. 22 2017.

Thank you B4B4 for your always positive comments even though I start to feel skeptical over oil and gas counters. US got bearish reports every week (3 days a week) whereas OPEC only got report once a month.
