根据达证券代为发出的文告，该公司将以每1股派2红股总共发2亿1600万零4股，除权日容后再定。该公司也建议2股送1凭单，总共发出1亿6200万零3张凭单。

除此，公司建议设立长远奖掖计划，为符合资格雇员、执行董事与非执行董事，设立最高达15%的配股（不包括库存股）计划。

该公司视上述一系列活动，是欲增加股票流通性，回馈股东和继续鼓励股东保留持股等；预计行使凭单所筹获8100万令吉，可作为日常营运用途。

截至7月21日，该公司有9100万零2股，发新股后股本增加至3亿2400万零6股，该新股股价将接近50仙。

若以7月23日的5天成交量加权平均价格（VWAP）举例说明，以市价1令吉53.7仙至1令吉59.5仙，发红股后的理论上的附加股除权价格（或简称TERP），介于51.3仙至53.2仙之间。

在1亿6200万零3张凭单发出后而假设全面行使，该公司股本将进一步增加至4亿86000万零9股。

至于长期奖掖计划股票配发，由包括董事，高阶管理层所设的委员会管理，将由董事部后来决定。
