Arbitration results will be out in june or july.....personally the case went well according to their legal team. i spoke with them directly so my information is reliable.

Zelan on the other hand some failure on the pre stressed slab....however that should not warrant a dismissal.....hence i maintain breach of contract by mina holdings.

Denmark.....since mina didnt pay the progress payment... that itself is a plus point fer zelan....and this happened many times over causing zelan to have to stop work before renagotiating a restart. sure zelan didnt worm for free and quite obviously mina didnt have the funds....mina anticipated future sales which didnt materialise...typical of a developer...unfortunately the collapse of oil prices in 2015 hurt them....my estimate is zelan stand a good chance.
