Qieen, my view is that, Salamander's value is the same whether sona buy or not buy the 40% stake.
1. If sona not buy = Salamander will have 100% stake + some debt

2. If sona buy = Salamander will have 60% stake + debt free

from the news i think Ophir want to buy the whole company(Salamander) meaning delisting it from London exchange...it doesn't have any conflict with SONA's deal...
