Once d new mothers listed, d mother shares might b adjust lower very soon due to selling pressures. Nevertheless, if syndicate buyers cud absorb all the newly listed mother shares, then d PA prc cud b possibly slightly higher then d mother share prc bcos of supply lesser than demand. So, if keeping PA shall b more worthy, furthermore d PA entitled coupon paymn annually......agree?
