Dericlock i think they will raise the funds by private placement thats why they need to move the share price to a higher level so as not to have to issue too many shares as well as not to dilute their own holdings , my 2 cents worth

The Star business - Murphy Oil is looking to sell its Malaysian oil and gas assets including 8 offshore production sharing contracts - maybe Hibiscus could be looking to acquire some of it ??
