Agreed, worked for SUNCON before.
Good working culture-minimum corruption/lobang issue and not depend on Government projects, good in project management and long term planning.

A good construction shares will not let you die or go burn.

Why bother to borrow $ from bank while the can raise fund from right issue , which is free of interest.

That is the great advantage for public company, where most of the Sdn Bhd are not likely benefit from this.

It seem the Vietnam power plants is most likely to make a good future sustainable profit in long run. This reason alone good enough to support the right issue fund raising.

Borrow $ from bank increase the gearing ratio which is not a healthy way to boost the share holder value in long run.

Please la....declare dividend 1st, others later ....everyone is waiting for so long

Maybe today will be final dividend annoucement of 32 cents.

Very sad, Others Bank like Maybank, CIMB, PBB, RHB all up liao, AMBank up down down then up up a bit then down down again, why like that one :(

5.20 too low la...next year election and must fly to RM8 :D
