EWEIN is voted the conman counter of 2016. They released news of massive company developments, rally the shares sky high in January 2016 (mother 1.56 and WA 86 sens). ALL the way PUMP and DUMP from then onwards. Today mother share trading at 89 sen and WA 27.5 sen.

Wonder why SC is not checking on them. This is pure manipulation play.

So many people get caught in this counter. after they took over from TMS, the stock was SOLD DOWN from 15 sens .. all the way to 6.5 sens now. From announcement, they also WROTE OFF RM11.89 Million owing by TMS Software to the company.

marting55. what you should do as a minority shareholder is to go to the AGM and question the Management on what is happening to the company. you have the right to do that.

looks like doing collection at 18 c. hopefully will push up next week or after CNY. the market is getting hot.

Ewein this has nothing to do with oil price. They just announced huge project with big future profits. It is just pure market play to trapped people by creating rumor on huge project and dumping on news. Furthermore they purposely trade the warrant at a discount to the mother share so that people would rush to buy the warrants and some would proceed to convert (by paying 61c) to mother share. Before the conversion is completed, they throw down the price of the mother share and the warrant.

with the 200 mil projected profit across 4 years (assuming 50 mil yearly), the fair price for Ewein is RM3 to RM3.50.

dividen is better than FD interest. with potential capital gain as well.

very strong holding and buying. just bought 200k shares at 38.5. will wait until 50c b4 selling.

I don't mind keeping for even 2 years if it can generate that kind of returns.

if the company is so dirty and sucks, why would RHB-OSK issue a buy call with a higher target price.

yes. Instacom being a PDP is expected to get a substantial subcontract work for the above project.

not many ACE companies can be like ifca. up from 8.5c and maintaining currently at RM1. Maybe Instaco is next ?

ifca deserves the credit. the price remains strong and on uptrend despite the market weakness for the past week. it just shows that investors have much confidence in the counter and believes in the company.

agreed with kts. as long as the positive news keeps rolling out, the price will trend up accordingly and the support level will be stronger.

Instaco BULLDOZED its way through the 2nd half

Today contract of RM116M from CRCC is only the beginning of MANY MORE contract to come in 2016 and 2017, according to CEO Dato Seri Dr Yeoh.

I am sure more good and positive news will be coming out in the next few weeks. Unlike XOX nd Wintoni, Instaco has shown to be a solid counter with sound fundamentals and real projects and developments.

Expect the rocket to be launch tomorrow when the opening bell rings. 30 sen and below is a steal ... i mean safe safe bet ... in my opinion.

timing ... PP is not negative .... it will be the MOST POSITIVE news for Instaco, i think. very simple reason. if the PP is announced that it is placed to some STRATEGIC PARTIES (organization or individuals), the PRICE will again SKYROCKET.

"THE SHOW MUST GO ON" .... This time around, will BREAK the BARRIER of 34 sen.

yes. WC and WD is very cheap. it should be trading at 21 sen today instead of 17 sen when the mother share is 27 sen. WC and WD is currently in money.

indication of confidence is back to the counter. slowly but surely moving towards 30 sen and beyond soon.

as to whether Instaco is going to be a POLISHED GEM in the future, time will tell. wished i had the crystal ball that tells the future.

individual perceptions are neither right nor wrong.

intrinsic value based analysis is fundamentally good ... but sometimes speculative trading/investing (especially if found to be an unpolished gem) can be more than highly rewarding as well though the risk is much higher in this aspect.

personally i am still holding on to my Instaco shares as i have confidence that the price will still trend upwards. i could be wrong ... but that's the risk i am ready to take.

i am not here to force (i can't) people to buy or sell. i do not want to be responsible for any losses or profits anyone incurs or makes. i just share my thoughts and what i heard (could be rumors or facts) and you make your own judgment and decision.

if you look back at the previous prices (about 1 1/2 or 2 months back ... if i can recall, its before the bonus issue), WC and WD are also trading at a premium of about 5 sen extra. somehow along the way, the gap did not close up.

most people are buying warrant B mainly bcos the costs of investment is lower and if warrant B and warrant C similarly goes up by 1 sen, the percentage gain for warrant B is greater. and of course warrant B has more liquidity as well.

yes. zbaikitree advice comes with good intentions. there's always a risk factor that you need to consider for every investment and everyone have different risk appetite.

and of course the remaining time factor, which expires in 2020

between the 3 warrants, warrant C and D is currently in money. it should infact be trading at a premium of 30 to 40% (fair price of 22 to 23 sen instead of current 18 sen) in consideration of the conversion (exercise) price of 10 sen.

but i don't know why they want to announced something which is already finalised earlier.

ya. if it is true the warrant BCD conversion price is adjusted high, tomorrow you will see many people dumping the warrants.
