the real rally, if it happens will likely be from mid next week onwards.

i am happy to see how the stock is trending now. trying to filter out all too negatives and too positives at this moment.

i managed to accumulate some today at 27 sen (mother) WA at 11 sen, WC at 17 sen. will hold.

good knowledge to understand and learn from all these analysis. able to invest smarter in the long run.

at 28 sen (this price is ex 10% discount), therefore the share price should reflect 31 sen.

there was an announcement on private placement recently. does anyone knows whether the price has been fixed ?

good advise from jayloh. always spend some time to do analysis on whichever stock you buy and not just relying on research reports or rumors, though it is also good and important to be aware of any information that is out there. other people's profit and losses are not yours.

no one can predict for sure what will happen next week ... for that matter ... even tomorrow.

cksam made a call that the price will drop to 22 sen by next week. some others will project that the price will rally beyond 30 sens and make a new high by next week. who will guess it right .... we will all wait and see.

looking at it, my opinion is, the price will consolidate at this level for the next couple of day ... to flush out all the remaining big contra players .... before taking it up again.

those who have extra cash might want to take this opportunity to accumulate more on weakness or to average down as the price has more or less stabled. or for those who are more cautious, making a buying decision tomorrow might be a better option.

again ... this is not a buy or sell call. it is solely my opinion.

heard the latest rumor that the collapse this morning was mainly due to some margin call dumping from a number of stockist (big punters) ... who accumulated much shares at range of 31 to 33 during the recent rally (i believe today should be T3 and T4 for some).

those who managed to grab at 25 sen this morning can now take profit at 28 sen and make some quick bucks.

such a relieve to see the price settling down .... slow ... n .... steady.

As with all other shares, there will be some people who are optimist and an equal amount of pessimist. No right or wrong here. It is all an individual's perception and appetite for risk and rewards. After all, we are all betting with our own hard earned cash, always hoping to make some additional bucks.

I am sure nobody here is forcing anyone to buy/sell any stocks. All of us are just sharing info/news/rumors (good or bad) that we heard of, with good intentions.

Instacom returns to profit in 3Q, proposes private placement to raise up to RM90m.

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 30): Instacom Group Bhd posted a net profit of RM6.74 million (EPS of 0.53 sen) for the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2015 (3QFY15), against a net loss of RM2.02 million a year ago, due to higher revenue from its civil, mechanical and electrical works (CME) division.

Revenue nearly doubled at RM22.23 million for 3QFY15, from RM11.81 million last year, due to the increase in work orders received. In the cumulative nine-month period (9MFY15), Instacom's net profit rose 48.08% to RM6.21 million, from RM4.19 million a year ago while revenue fell 26.93% to RM37.91 million, from RM51.89 million in 9MFY14.

Instacom also proposed to undertake a private placement of up to 10% of its issued and paid-up share capital to third party investors to be identified later. The proposal aims to raise up to RM90.56 million, of which RM55 million will be allocated for future viable investments, RM33.3 million for general working capital, and RM2.26 million for expenses in relation to the private placement.

Instacom expects to complete the private placement by the fourth quarter of 2015.
