UEM Builders the main business is on infra work (KLIA2, Penang Bridge 2, MRT etc..) & UEMS the main business is Township Development (Symphony Hill Cyberjaya, Mont' Kiara, Nusajaya, etc...)

stars... u are right... klia 2 project manage by uemconstruction (subsidiary of uembuilder)... and totally not related to uemsunrise (township & highrise development)... but both is under uem group.

Menara KL118 to the joint venture of South Korea’s Samsung C&T and UEM Group Bhd.(under UEM Group will manage by UEMBuilder). UEMSUNRISE is not related for this project.
