Ppl taste is different each other. They got Armada with lots of debt & still cool with that. Even KNM got many jobs but still slow to fly.

As i said last month here, esos is a good impact to knm. The company wanna show to their staff that the company is on right track to fly. Plus, the shares given to the staff can become a performance bonus to themselves.

Better got many jobs being awarded in 6 months rather than once-off RM1billion project then keep silent to nowhere. Investor can see the progress & not bored at all hahaha

KNM business is more on international /overseas risk exposure & challenges. even the counter is red today also due to external market sentiment.
But in general, many good counter also red today.. haha

The worst case, all 100% staff 'ramai-ramai' sell their shares. but would it possible?
then better the company sell off by themselves and give the money in the form of 'bonus' to their staff. no need ESOS.

as i said, perhaps the company wanna replace their bonus with ESOS

agreed. for me that depends on the company. i shared what i'd experience

ESOS is a good indication as Management give company shares to their staff as they wanna show that Company is on a right way to perform/ fly soon. U can google what ESOS is all about.
Staff who got ESOS cannot sell now as ESOS comes out with terms & conditions i.e. staff need to serve the company for certain years then they deserve to sell. so not so issue la if the share given to the staff is lower than current market price.
it is a company strategy lah. perhaps wanna replace their bonus or etc. based on my experience, it is a good.

Agreed with BeeBearBear. We ady long time here. Imagine 10 TA guys coming & promote his 'study' then when knm will fly? Even it is a good counter, due to this kind of person, cannot fly high. Why not u just keep quite & buy?

If I have KNM, armada & sapura. So what do you want to argue.. it is on your strategy. Either you wanna put all money in 1 basket or separate it. But my major portion is still in KNM. KNM is a dark horse to me.

Just ignore who keep asking why invest in KNM. They didnt earlier post & just pop up from anywhere.
