吉隆坡12日讯）世纪软件（CENSOF，5195，主板科技股）披露，未来可能还会再脱售联号公司迪耐（DNEX，4456，主板科技股）的股权以偿还贷款。

世纪软件董事经理阿米尔今天出席股东大会后对媒体说：“未来，我们可能会脱售迪耐的股权，不过这要看情况而定。”

阿米尔说，目前公司依然是迪耐的大股东，持有17.04%股权。

另一方面，他说公司上财年营业额减少，是因为在次季脱售迪耐股权后，后者不再是子公司，而成为联号公司，因此从第三季开始不再公司营业额。

世纪软件2017财年全年营业额，按年跌11.19%至1亿4656万8000令吉；上财年同期为1亿6504万1000令吉。

2017财年该公司净赚1366万3000令吉，2016财年同期净亏1350万7000令吉。

另外，金融部总经理冯俊豪指出，公司将继续改善负债率。
