I dont think par value matters. I strongly believe that IT companies will benefit a lot from GST euphoria, especially those that have been heavily involved with govt projects like MYEG.

CENSOF is providing accounting software that is GST compatible. Expect it to be the main platform to be used especially by many small businesses.

MyEG is providing the system to the Custom, so all the systems have to be in place first prior to the implementation in 2015. So expect all the works to start very soon.
