batu88, if you start new business you rent a shop is OK, but if u own a shop u sell it to someone else cause the shop price increase then later you rent it back form the new owner. Is that normal?? Last time you dint have to pay rental now you need to pay was that the best business plan on earth???if they rent extra aircraft is good but selling what u have then rent it back is crazy. if u refinancing it still ok cause sometime in future u own that aircraft again. leasing is a never ending loops paying
