and that's why the directors sold around 1.59. They know when the postpone announcement out on 12 June, sure the stock will drop madly and they can collect their shares back at a lower price!! sigh....

there're two different matters here: 1) 11 June EGM is for the disposal of 16 parcels of land worths RM97m and 2) 12 June is the deadline for sealing the Tanjung Piai contract
