Even @90 sens, dividend yield is already 5% for 4.5 sen dividend payout. Haven't count that this stock pays 2 times every year but of course la the second round is much lower. Then see how much is the dividend yield. This counter is like their fixed deposit already lol.

If you want to talk about the trend then go for gloves lor...for those chicken like me we will buy low when it's down and harvest it when it's high. My capital is most likely to be protected and my risk is limited. Majority of the people here would be happy even it drop to whatever amount and likely to pick it up. If you want to buy @80sens I'm afraid you need to wait quite a bit haha

Seems to me the directors keep throwing the shares is due to coming quarter will be terrible. Not sure though. If I see the latest quarter it's till Feb 2020. So next quarter will be March, April and May 2020.

Actually you guys worry for what? I managed to bought some between 0.87 till 0.90 lol. I still holding 400,000 ordinary shares and 2,000,000 warrants. Like I always write and remind you guys, if you believe in the fundamentals, can sleep well one. I'm not sure who are the one's panic sell. You see yesterday got news already they buying land near their development to expand the township. The management doing the things as they say. And the land is cheap. You can check the areas nearby that area. Of course agriculture land convert the title need a bit of money, but not much to be paid. Figure it out yourself.

Since I'm on the professional side, I would say 80% FA and 20% TA. That's a reason why we always pick based on FA first.

From the report I read from Kenanga, MIDF and Public Invest, I can say they are honest with their findings...but don't take their TP too seriously. O&G industry is very specialized and like Windy1974 mentioned, normal people who don't do homework or not in the industry itself would not know what's happening. You can only understand how it works if you have friends in the industry itself and spending a lot of time talking to them and that's a lot of information you could learn. Cheers for the price increase today after a good Q1!. However, to be cautious moving forward.

As you know, after every dividend payment it is expected for the price to drop...which should be factored it. If we look at the pattern of dividend payments across all companies, the same applies for the majority..and the most important is the company fundamentals which is the ability to generate positive cash flow. In my review, I forgot to add the positive cash flow of the Company, which is excellent.
