Heck when the trend reversed, everyone suddenly realized and said MYR is rebounding and changes TP to RM3.80 citing no more political risk, oil price recovery and all sorts of nonsense.... any responsibilities for people that trusted them earlier and followed their direction? he.he..he... no they dont care..........

@wonderboy, then who will buy the crazily volatile shares after collecting? when a stock volume goes too volatile, it will invite special unit and monitor the share prices to see possible manipulation. it is ugly if its under the radar.

if suddenly one shot dump, big shareholders land insti funds will get panicked and throw together causing even lower price for operators to run. if push down a bit and push up ppl will think that it rebounded and enter hence they will be the buyer of unwanted shares. Thats why i said dont touch this stock

its not all about analysis.. KYY hold nearly 10% on margin account which has interest to be paid annually. Do you think he will keep paying interest when share price is going no where? You all can discuss until sun set but without RM100 million, no matter who come write report also VS will go holland. My theory is "analyst job is to guess only".. They guess from discount rate, market risk premium etc. Did the report mention how they derived those discount rates? Just use risk free rate or market risk rate? Did they take into account whether the share have minority control premium? Did they take into risk of KYY may dispose all his share in one go killing the share price? Management risk premium? What analyst does is that they only "Guess".

as stated in the Subscription Announcement, the Subscription will be strategic and beneficial to the global electronic manufacturing services business of VSIB Group as it provides an opportunity for the Group to extend its reach to become a global manufacturing company as well as to participate as a collaborative research and development partner, which will bode well for the Group’s future growth;
based on the unaudited half yearly results for financial period ended (“FPE”) 31 December 2015 as announced by SML on 7 March 2016, SML reported a net profit before tax of AUD$11.2m, representing a significant improvement as compared to a net loss before tax of AUD$4.3m for the half yearly results for FPE 31 December 2014;
as separately announced by SML on 7 March 2016, SML has also secured a major follow on order for their 2nd generation automotive driver monitoring systems from Takata, one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers;
after the Subscription, VSIB, via VSIV, shall be the single largest shareholder of SML; and
the Subscription is not a related party transaction. The total proceeds arising from the Subscription of £6,740,711 (equivalent to RM39,377,888) represent a capital contribution by VSIB/VSIV into SML and in view of this, the said premium of 20% does not benefit any specific group of shareholders of SML.
