Should buy more when the price slump. The NTA per share is RM2.06. It is expected to grow higher and higher if the company continue to generate profitability.

If I remember correctly, after the failed privatization, the company did not pay much dividend than it used to do in the past.

Why no dividend is paid to the shareholder? The cash hoard of the company was RM128m as at 31 March 2021.

The company has not been paying dividend for the last few quarters. Anyone knows why? As at end of 2020, the company has a huge cash pile of RM110m.

If TY tried to privatize this share at RM1.10 in 2019, he could have realize the huge potential of this share at that time. Consequently MAA started to turn into black since Q2 2020. Indirectly it means MAA is worth much more than RM1.10 by now.

What if JPM set a trap by ostensibly seemed to be defeated temporarily but waiting for the right time to backfire on the gamestop shareholders? Probably to push a share price down will be much easier and faster than to push a share price up - the law of gravity might prevail.

I think the NTA per share for MAA is around RM1.85. If privatize, probably we should ask for an offer price that is not less than 10% - 15% discount from the NTA per share, namely around RM1.60 - RM1.70 per share.

In page 201 and 202 of the 2017 annual report, there is a list of 30 largest shareholders. Does anyone know to get in touch with these major shareholders? We can form a stronger alliances with their participation.

I am not sure if this blatant and unfair SCR offer can be brought to the attention of SC and MACC on the ground of oppression of minority shareholders' right and abuse of power as the offerors of the SCR. Not familiar with this. Hope someone can advise.

I think the offer price of RM 1.10 ridicule the intelligence of the shareholders. Is this the way to reward the loyal shareholders?

I would prefer to feel the texture and try the clothes before buying it.
