Nexgram should even write off more old business next 2 quarters so when new projects carried, they gets to show more up to date results. If any investors are just looking at short term results, that is called speculators. Many here are those type. If it tooks 9 years for Jaks to show results in ther IPP project, Nexgram takes 2 years get project lifted is already very good performance. Property project is about the buyer. No buyer talk nonsense. Buyer signed purchase means "legal commercialised, sold". Even as small as house renovation, buyer has right to make adjustment of design and details before add changes to building plan, or update DO. There is no such bull shit as DO expired dick head. Land and SPA legally binding, slowly develop. More over, earth work started and pending buyer finalising design so architect can update building plan so that structure can goes up. Financing is simple as soon as buyer happy with what they buy will depends on "buyer" to finance, not "seller". Don't know? Take a finance class je mate.

Means, the project is already "sold" (legal & contracture fulfilled), and earth work started (phizical obligation fulfilled), update DO or not is "buyer's choice as part of project progress", not the only excuse to blackmail. Buyer wants to slowly design his house, what sour grape you want to mumble so much? It's their house, by agreement they got until 2019 to decide to put what table & chair and complete the house. Take as much time as they like.
