We refer to our announcements dated 15 April 2019,16 July 2019, 31 October 2019 and 4 December 2019.



As announced earlier, GOM had appealed against the High Court Judge’s decision to dismiss its application to convert PSKIN's Originating Summons (“OS”) to a Writ action on 30 October 2019. On 10 June 2020, the Court of Appeal found that there was no merit to GOM's appeal and awarded costs to PSKIN. In dismissing GOM’s appeal, the Court of Appeal held that GOM would not suffer any prejudice with PSKIN’s action continuing by way of OS in light of the directions given by the High Court Judge to allow for the cross-examination of the various deponents as well as for expert evidence to be tendered.



Therefore, the hearing of PSKIN's OS and cross-examination of the deponents of affidavits is maintained for 1 July 2020, 2 July 2020 and 3 July 2020.



The Company will make the necessary announcements on material development in respect of this matter from time to time.

The call is on the Gov...since this blunder .originated
and the Gov triggered it after 2.5 years the project on going or 20% done... Of total 15 yrs as per in the CA.

Everything is smooth running, job avail to rakyat etc...but out of a sudden. .dddooooosh simply broke the CA ..... Just like that... We hve industrial laws and statuory regulations to protect bz entiti fm veing make a ball kick here kick there by another party.... The rule ..the laws abiding is the best practices settling industrial disputes...enmn

Yu rite notconfused....but not rite too.... Under the contract agreement CA.... Cleary stipulated in the CA if which ever side or party..as per say breached of contract... The guy or party whom breached the CA is liable to be penalised ......details calculation of the compensation clearly within.... Where to run... In this case Gov blatantly intentionally cross the CA .. ... Whatcever reasons behind gov action. ....is secondary... It just lips services to satisfy certain quarters. But as For Presbhd..she has shareholders interest like us to take care for.... ...

If i were presbhd decision maker, i would not accept the trade off you mention... .because gov already behaving like bully brother thinking he/she can hve presbhd for a ride... The best be a good and trusted bz entity, law abiding culture, firm and hve high level of integrity... Favouritism and too much dependable on the other party is not the best practices .

KUALA LUMPUR (June 3): Based on corporate announcements and news flow today, stocks in focus on Thursday (June 4) may include: ARB Bhd, Ho Hup Construction Company Bhd, My EG Services Bhd, Prestariang Bhd, Sapura Energy Bhd, Seacera Group Bhd, Yee Lee Corp Bhd, Xidelang Holdings Ltd, DiGi.Com Bhd, Maxis Bhd, Telekom Malaysia Bhd and Axiata Group Bhd.

ARB Bhd has inked a business partnership as well as an outsourcing agreement with Singapore-based Asterisk Computer (Far East) Pte Ltd (Asterisk) for the deployment of enterprise application software (EAS) solutions in Malaysia and Singapore.

Under the outsourcing agreement, Asterisk will engage ARB's unit Databook Pte Ltd to design, develop and implement EAS solutions and to provide enterprise solutions related consulting services to Asterisk on project basis.

Prestariang Bhd has divested its equity interest in Australian Securities Exchange-listed OpenLearning Ltd, for A$1.92 million (RM5.52 million). The disposal of the 6.88% stake was done via an off-market block trade transaction. The group plans to utilise the proceeds as rolling working capital to finance sales of its software and services business.
