(Selangor Balinglong, February 8)-After Inix Technologies Holdings Limited (Inix, stock code 0094) completed the acquisition of the equity of L&S Gloves Pte Ltd, it immediately welcomed Hong Kong buyers to negotiate new orders, and plans to purchase new orders within the next 24 months Order 240 million boxes of pure nitrile gloves in advance. The price is expected to be set at 9 dollars a box.

Senior consultant representatives of two listed companies in Hong Kong visited L&S Gloves Pte Ltd.'s Baling Lung glove factory in Selangor today (February 8) to make a site visit to understand the progress of the production line.

The management of Inix Technologies Holding Co., Ltd. personally received the visiting Hong Kong representative He Qinghan, and the two sides conducted in-depth negotiations on the order afterwards.

Inix clarifies media’s report of “unsubmitted” application to NPRA
● The submission has been made and received by NPRA on 11 January 2021
● Inix is currently in the midst of providing additional information to the relevant authority

KUALA LUMPUR, 20th JANUARY 2021 – Inix Technologies Holdings Bhd (“Inix” or
“Group” or “Company”) would like to clarify a news report titled “INIX Technologies’ application
to supply Covid-19 vaccines yet to be received by NPRA” by The Edge Media Group.

The Group, via its subsidiary, has submitted its application, for the registration with the
Malaysian National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) under the Ministry of Health
in relation to its agreement to source vaccines for COVID-19, from China. Its suppliers for the
COVID-19 vaccines are Sinovac Biotech Co Ltd, CanSino Biologic Inc and Sinopharm China
/ National Biotech Group Co Ltd.

*The application was made by INIX and received by NPRA on 11 January 2021. The authority
has since requested additional information in relation to the application.*

Currently, the Group is in the midst of preparing the additional information requested by NPRA.
“We hope that this would clear the air and that our media friends would seek us for clarification
in future,” the Company said.
