AA is public listed company and subjected to R&R. Receiving kickback or doing side deal without informing Bursa and shareholders is already wrong. TF might escape bribery but AA cannot escape punishment from Bursa...

SFO considered the Airbus case settled and any entities want to further investigated or gather evidence, they can directly contact Airbus. SFO not likely will provide details of investigation as the case already closed with Airbus. MACC really will have hard time to further gathering data and evidence..
