Depends on your risk appetite. If you are conservative you should sell warrant and buy mother coz if it comes down your percentage loss should be lesser this way.

Theoretical pricing on binominal may be such but you have to look at market forces. If you are trying to take control over company shareholding, will you go mother, LA or wb based on the same limited funding

Seriously if u know how well TSDL is doing, with his track record / reputation the past few years and his pipeline of future projects, any idiot will not be putting all these under private entities when u can inject them into a plc for a nice p/e gain in networth

No one can predict what will happen in the short term as there are too many factors to consider. If you hold long term however, I think this counter has still upside.

Ive been holding this counter for the past 4+ years and despite a generous gain im still comfortable to keep despite todays drop.

About time for consolidation. Anyways sell Malton and buy which counter? Almost everything is up or is even more speculative / weaker fundamentals.

For a stock with such a strong upward trend ie continuous green for at least the past 2 weeks, today drop retrace isn't surprising taking into account a lot of speculators have lost their guts to hold over the weekend.

For those who say this group has no fundamentals, there is hidden fundamental strength and by the time u expect everything to be declared and reported, upside will be limited.

If this was a traditional fry operation, why so little effort to flush weak holders.

Can't compare Malton and hohup as different class of companies and management. Yes this counter is undervalued and will likely trend up since mgmt will have to decide soon on rights issue. If rights to proceed, they will have to push the price up as they willl have to offer a bigger discount to market value as of current price.

Anyway if you sell now, what you going to buy that hasn't gone up already ? If nothing then might as well hold long term.

All i will say if you think you are smart, there are smarter people in the market and most of the operators or the people running these exercises arent stupid either. Obviously they are willing to let you earn 30% which some of you use as your benchmark to exit ( which is not based on any fundamental believe on how this target price was obtained ), they must have much larger targets or plans in mind.

For me, i think this is an undervalued stock by far looking at how projects are progressing on Pavillion area, bukit jalil and damansara heights. Though i wont comment on TP for this counter.

If you purely look at the volume and downside price range on a daily basis for the past 1 week, it is obvious that whoever is pushing the stock or buying is collecting it fast and not even willing to let the stock drop 5% back to flush out more sellers.

Coz Desmond also controls GOB indirectly. If your in the business circle, you will know this :-)
