No reason for O&G sector to be affected so much by Wall Steet. US a net exporter of oil, not a net importer. Sellers in O&G stock just over-reacting. Simple knee jerk.

Service providers can in fact be more profitable than commodity producers, especially if they're well run. Becos the former do not need to invest so much CAPEX into their business, in comparison to the latter.
