Also I study that the larger companies like top glove and harta saying ASP lower and they making less net profit, but smaller glove like rubberex, careplus and comfort making higher net profit.

I speculate that this is because the larger companies got issue with Labour laws that's why hard for them to sell to US and EU, causing their NP to drop, so they just say it as APS dropping.

The NAPS and Cash Balance itself is alot. Maybe more that the whole market cap itself. So if I buy whole rubberex at around 800M - 1B, following quarter is clean profit already, get to keep all of it. Within one year, generated net profit equal to half of the initial investment already. ROI in 1.5-2 years. Plus get to keep everything else from initial investment.

KPMG will not sign off any annual report or continue auditing.
Reason simple, it is useless calculating FRAUD accounts.
So, there will be NO annual report, or any quarterly report starting from now to forever.

Sebak refuse 3rd party auditing because sebak is doing FRAUD accounting.
Sebak is delaying everything, to cover up and to hinder further investigation.

Without quarter report and annual report,
KWSP and KWAP must make decision.
Every quarter, KWSP and KWAP need to review their investment.
They will look at the latest quarter report, and near and mid term prospect.
Without quarter report, there will be NO prospect.

Therefore, The Decision is only ONE.

RJ87 My story on Pak Arab giving Pak Karim RM1B project indirectly via 4 Pak Karim shell company which each shell company give LOA RM1B project to SD, converting RM1B orderbook into RM4B is "nothing wrong".

It's just impair the RM3B 3-4 years later when these 4 shell company declares bankruptcy. Also nothing wrong. What happens in between, Pak Karim can issue RI and PP based on the RM4B order book and blow SD market cap to 9-12B before impairment.

KPMG also cannot say it's fraud because it's technically not fraud. Who say Pak Arab cannot give contract to the shell company? Who say the shell company with paid up capital of RM100K cannot issue LOA worth of RM1B to SD? KPMG can only say this smells and sounds funny.
