@shorttermtrader ESOS usually is like a replacement for bonus. Which is better because.
1. Dosent cost cash upfront form the books
2. ESOS help motivate and keep workers invested

ESOS usually given to key people to ensure they are also incentivise to grow with the company. People don't just sell ESOS immediately, imagine beging judged by the company that gave the ESOS in the first place, then u sell, loyalty will be questioned

Beginning of the month the price spike up was a signal already of market sentiment form insiders on the upcoming journey for the company. The reason drop back down because some speculators no idea just TP and bye bye. So market sentiment is optimistic. I can see a good 4x in the comming years

PP is more like become strategic partnership already. If good company have stake in permaju, they won't let the price drop below their entry, and have incentive to ensure permaju succeeds even more
