Yah poor KLK results and weaker CPO prices affecting sentiment in plantation stocks.

Recent developments gives hope that company will be a lot better managed in future but need further steps in the right direction before market will be convinced. Have to be patient for now. Hope it will be soon.

Recent developments don't directly affect earnings BUT it suggests FGV may be managed a lot better in future. How much is FGV worth if it is becomes an efficiently run company? A re-rating now may seem too early but I suspect those looking at the big picture may have started building a position and buying with conviction for the longer term. Tactical investors should note US Fed minutes released last night and recent GDP growth reports around the world, including IMF's revisions yesterday. On AA, the flat closing yesterday was a bit disappointing. Volume has been very thin too. I am no chartist but technically AA could be looking interesting too.
