You are right, profit for Censof must be mainly contributed by Dnex as its revenue drops by half but profit little up.

Last year, they release Q4R 2015 pn 26 Feb 16, , this year they delay until 28 Feb 17 to release Q4R. Results likely to be bad.

WD is going to jump start at 0.14 this morning. They choose to goreng WD because it is easier to push up as the price is lower and number of shares much less. Yesterday about 50% of WD changed hand.

So as long as the MD does not dispose off his mother share, we don't have to worry.

The 2nd largest share holders, ARCADIA ACRES SDN BHD holds 230,000,000 ( 13.2611%) is actually 78% owned by DNeX group managing director Zainal Abidin Jalil and 22% owned by the CEO of DNeX’s subsidiary, DNeX Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd, Wan Azryn Wan Ab Rashid.
This means the MD is the 2nd largest shareholder holding more than 10% of Dnex shares.

Can someone kindly check whether Mr. Lim Kek Siang, a Principal Officer of DNeX still hold any mother share after disposing off 503,300 shares on Tuesday (21/2).
