Ilurker, I already explained the meaning of gambling. So no point you talk about credibility when you have none. Stock trading and any form of business is speculation on future profitability with the risk of loss of capital. So unless you are saying that we all should SUFFER painful starvation (including those that aren't ready) as government cant employ everyone without taxes then you argument only physical delivery is not gambling is a moot point as everything is gambling with risk of losing money

Your definition is that physical delivery is definition of not gambling is your personal opinion that is not backed by any intellegent thought.

There is 2 main thought of gambling neither which covers trading. First definition the ultra conservatist thinking backed by some religious academics is anything that has a probability of losing money as gambling. This would include any form of business endeavour.

The 2nd school of thought is anything that comes for hard and sweat ie during research before investing and not looking at charts or stock tips to make quick money.

if HRC is valued between PE 10 to PE15, then Petronm should be valued at PE 25 to 30. At EPS of 18 X PE 35 = RM63

The plus point for HRC is the last 4/5 months, its refinery margins have been less volatile. The longer it stays that way, the higher PE it will command.

in fact, you can easily minus the inventory gains, to get a more accurate EPS

Having said that, there is alot of interest in this share from China. They will decide what is the appropriate price and P/E from this share, not me

I will be content being consistently average earning 25% per year for 30 years and being called average. Since I earned way more than 25% from HRC, I was happy to offload it and I am grateful to all the investors who helped me get my returns.
