CEO need change surname to Chua family already since can earn together like family business.korek money out and then just like MBL PP to repay bank borrowings without any activities.

En Tau, u say come in new directors,then insider trading, CEO or New Directors play Private Placement?
So "Coincident" now MBL also raise fund from Private Placement. Raise fund after PP buy from Symphonny? Fishy CEO ~
