No, Russia is not abandoning the OPEC-NOPEC agreement yet. That deal is going to stand until end June at least. And then it will be reviewed. Whether ended or extended, we do not know yet. Depends on market & pricing that time. It will only be ended if price becomes stable & supply-demand balance is achieved & sustained. If not, very likely it is going to be extended.

Saudi also do not want oil to go too high, because that would cause excessive loss of market share. But they will only seriously start considering ending production cuts if Brent hits 85.
