Guys... newbie question here.. looking at the WA price now vs the mother price and the exercise price of the warrant, buying/holding the WA now considered as suicide ?

Dear forum members, any idea why TDEX has proposed to exercised the 500 000 shares currently ? I think based on the mother share price vs the exercise price and current warrant price, there should be a loss incurred.
