some people have been asking me how they get a valuation of less than 3, i need to reinforce that now.
market cap = 73m
6M profits = 13m
assuming balance 2 quarters profits to be conservatively 10m, full year profits at 23m
73m/23m = 3.17x
Ok then our chris khoo (if he follows until here) will ask about the fully dillutive. ok fine.
pa outstanding = 841m
current share issued 234m + 841m x 0.31 = 333m market cap - cash 160m = 173m / 23m = 7.5x

Rr88 i think you need to do your homework. This company a year ago, dato larry is not in yet! See the contributions that he is bringing over into arb. How csn you compare it with a year ago, the IT business is not in yet

Ms tan i agree with your strategy. 38.5c is a very safe price and i dont think it will drop further than that.

What would be the best is if the company can pay a bit of dividend, i think it would be the best

This company is able to make profits and progressing well. While i believe the mous will turn into agreements. Even they do not. The current projects can sustain them for the next 2 to 3 years. This serves a very good base for arb

@jackson you r right. I spent almost 1 hour to read the comments here. Last results many people said it was a fake account as the receivables are too high. But this quarter i see the amount is translating into cash, which i think it is normal since arbb is in the IT business. My friend is in the similar business and he told me the collection days can even be up to 3 months. As long as cash coming in, i dont see a problem there

I have been following this company since jan. During their first announcement with perkasa selalu of 78m, i thought it is too big as well. But within 2 months the company managed to convert into agreement, the same goes to yes communication, i have faith that the mous will, also convert. Anyhow it is normal to go to mou first then only proceed with due diligence and become agreement

I just did a rough calculations. The profits came from the around 150m projects on hand that the company has announced. Annualising it to be minimum 20m.
Under maximum scenario assuming full conversion will be share cap 1b x 50c =500m market cap. But it will also generate 190m cash. So if i ex it out will be around 300m market cap. Pe 15x. But i see they got upcoming more than 1b projects that will come on board next year with earnings recognition, which i think earnings can easily doubled to 40m. Then the pe is still 7.5x
Can i calculate like that, all the sifus?
