The latest RI over subcribed by 10% is almost all with the company Directors and proxy bankers and Sharks.
There wasn't anything much raised from the exercise to the benefit of running this company.

If they're not interested coming clean, by all means they can stay @ 0.02-0.025 for another 5 years!

For me, the company Directors created their own problems manipulating their finances, order books and share price.
It's up to them to come out clean publicly.

So, what projects in 2015 did Vivocom had that made them collect collect the best in their history for 2016 even before their 1-2B projects running?

Cannot be before you finish your projects, you already collected payment!

Go look at the 1st 3 quarters of 2016 financial.
Look at the profits made.
If Rumah Prima or other projects worth 1-2B running until 2018,
what happened to the profits if wasn't collected?
Or what was really collected for in the beginning of 2016?

This company needs to be audited by external and MACC.
Was there any kickbacks given in securing the Rumah Prima projects?
If yes than where are the profits from the projects went to?
And did Vivocom payout any to secure?

2018 hardly have any new order Books.
2016-2018, they still haven't furnished on what's happening with the profits from Rumah Prima projects worth around 1-2B.

How in Hell in the 1st place did this company get construction projects especially Rumah Prima when don't have experience?
This company was only involved in Telco Tower and aluminum finish production.
So, it was all about sub-con by the original beneficiary of the project to Vivocom.
Than Vivocom sub-con again to their construction experts friends again?
End of the day instead of being a full fledged construction company the company becomes a 'Middleman'! making profits and siphoning out?

There's a big flaw by Bursa Malaysia allowing small caps to be listed.
Bursa Malaysia doesn't raise a Red Flag much earlier when these companies are up to no good.
All these stupid companies being listed in the Ace Market during BN time needs to be scrutinized (anyway too late because almost all already kaput).
See. Bursa Malaysia also needs to be investigated by today's Government and MACC on how they're running!

Company's (small caps) when wants to get listed in the share market(like Bursa) was all about raising money to progress.
Have you'll seen the portfolios they come up before listing?
They always show profits and Big potential of moving forward.

This company is not a PN17 but share price is like or worst than some PN17 companies listed in Bursa Malaysia.

Everything was rosy getting PRIMA projects in hundreds of Millions.
Directors come out and talk how they want to move up to Main Board.
Total Order Book around 2-3Billion.
Slowly all Shareholders got cheated till today @ 0.02-0.025.

There's no point selling.
As many times I've said before, this company Directors has manipulated their own share price collaborating with SHARKS making money from Retailers.
Every time they come up with bonus or RI is only about to top up their coffers paying staffs and Directors salary.
Not about moving this company up!
