In regards to Regulated Short Selling stocks in Bursa. You can go to their website. Their latest update on July, Vivocom is not one of them.

Q3'17 results is anyone's guess (bearing in mind only 1B projects are on going). This company Directors can do wonders either to release more profits this Q or keep for Q4'17 (depending on their collection too).
If any upward price movement most likely will depend on the type of projects they can confirm also CNQC coming onboard.
