Everytime before listing,
The prospectuses are very wonderful!. Making profits Evey Quarter for a few years.
Why after listing more than a year, all showing negative results?

Do your own analysis.
How many new companiey's was listed in Bursa Malaysia's ACE MARKET from Jan'18?

This is 2020 moving forward.
New generations are coming out.
No more stupid company's like Vivocom is going to be listed in Bursa Malaysia anymore.

Being listed like Vivocom is not about swindling and making money for their family to have a luxury life on behalf of shareholders money in Malaysia.
If you think cannot move forward than don't waste people's time to get listed!

leek. A good company after taking money from shareholders, is supposed to move the company forward and return back to them profits.
Not taking and keep swindling money for YEARS from the time being listed!

2) Why so many bonus/warrants/PP issues along the way.
3) Why make false announcements than go missing today.

For the past 3 years, after Prima projects,
How come this company didn't get any huge construction business like Prima earlier?

In my personal opinion.
(Please read because there's an impact where actually this company is moving forward in Bursa Malaysia).
The whole Rumah Prima project which Vivocom got is a one off thing where highly likely tax payers money was being transferred from inflated cost.
If don't belief me and you'll agree that Vivocom is a construction company.....
Than where are the follow up projects after Rumah Prima?

Getting ECRL projects by Vivocom is one issue.
Even when they got Rumah Prima projects earlier, how the Hell did they manage to complete without any earlier experience in the construction industry?
Was this a sublet-sublet the whole project even from Vivocom's side where the whole thing which happened during BN's time was to inflate the actual cost and swindle the balance!

Some people get so excited when Vivocom in top 10 doing one day shows.
If volume increases makan higher price,
I also happy.
Here the Sharks sell down lower.

How exactly did this company get Prima projects suddenly in the 1st place?
After a chunk of order books announced worth around 2-3 Billion, suddenly all went missing or profits not reported.

CNQC is not stupid. If they think can get job from ECRL through Vivocom, why wait to make deal at higher price?
Might as well buy in the open market.

The issue isn't Sumatec takers over here in Vivocom or vice versa.
The problem is lower liners gets listed not moving forward but to swindle!
