What's left is only if this company wants to move forward with their new projects (nothing so far for the past few months) and Main board (that was one of their wishes from their last public statement).

Yes, buying and keeping a stock for a year is good strategy provided it's not a volatile or being played by sharks or owners themselves.
It also needs to show a good progress in order books, steady profits every Q, very importantly being transparent.
